This cake is to remember every luxurious morning we've had to enjoy a leisurely breakfast!
Made with Olsen Bakehouse's signature soft, fluffy chiffon sponge in coffee flavour, filled with pandan kaya and homemade peanut butter and topped with a rim of crushed peanut crumbs.
As odd as the combination might sound to some, balance is our secret recipe; we carefully calibrate this cake to have just the right hint of coffee that doesn't overwhelm, just enough kaya & peanut butter, ensuring little sugar, yet maximum flavour.
