My favourite everyday cake is banana bread. I can eat this everyday. From all the sharing during circuit breaker, this cake is easily a favourite- to eat, to bake, to gift. You can’t go wrong with banana bread.
Being eggless and dairy-free means more bananas. You know it’s filled with only goodness when you bite into this soft, moist and fluffy bake! 🌟 We pair this with our homemade hazelnut spread made siew dai and topped with roasted hazelnut crumbs. No compromise on flavours, and a lot less sugar & no nasties!
Best eaten at room temperature or warmed up for 20 sec in a microwave.
