Our pandan chiffon based whole cakes are our signature, and what we have been known for and making since 2014! These flavours include: Ondeh-Ondeh, Orh Nee, and Pulut Hitam.

In these 3 pandan chiffon based whole cakes, the fillings we use are made with a lot of care. We use quality pure unrefined gula melaka in our ondeh ondeh. Fresh yams only for our orh nee cake for its natural flavour, with no extract/essence/colour added. We also slow cook the pulut hitam to achieve the perfect chewy and soft rice texture that we so love.

Sesame Yuzu is our customer's favourite. We also highly recommend our Kopi kaya peanut butter, inspired by our favourite breakfast toast. (we once ate this same set for breakfast for 3 months straight!!)

All cakes weigh differently for the exact same size! So instead of weighing, we measure our cake sizes based on serving size. We have 2 available sizes: The 5.5" whole cake serves up to 6 generous slices, while the 8" whole cake serves up to 15 slices. The 10" whole cake serves up 30 small slices, or if cutting into bite sized squares up to 40 servings. Our customers always tell us when they order our cakes they have no leftovers . Other than the fact that its easy to eat and less sweet, our size guide is designed for small, after-dinner estimate serving sizes :)

Yes we do, our baby cake smash is a whole foods only, no sugar no salt option for babies getting their first taste of cake or for that messy cute cake smash photoshoot!

This Whole Foods cake is gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, baby-friendly (no salt nor refined sugar). It gives you the peace of mind in feeding those with careful diet needs, while still having the memorable celebration they deserve. Naturally sweetened by bananas and dates with just a hint of maple & vanilla, this cake is perfect for baby's first taste of cake, toddlers, or adults with allergies. Its perfect as a wholesome snack for the family too!

Alternatively, our Mango Strawberry cake is specially made with the little toddlers in mind- fluffy fresh mango (no essence or extract here!) chiffon sponge, filled with homemade strawberry jam, and topped with velvety french buttercream and freeze-dried strawberries.

We make foods from scratch in all our cakes as much as possible, like using fresh mangoes, making our own jam. Just likw how we would bake for our loved ones in our home kitchen- (no additives, no artificial flavourings, no preservatives). Our bakes are also intentionally made less sweet (siew dai).

If you would like to have the cake in your child's favourite characters, we would encourage you to add on cake toppers like paper cutouts, figurines & design candles. We do have some of these for sale in store, or reach out to us, we're happy to link you up with our trusted partners!

No we're not halal-certified. However, our cakes and breads are halal-friendly. They do not contain pork, lard nor gelatin. No alcohol used either.

Cakes are good for 3 days in airtight containers, fridged. Non-frosted bakes are good for 7 days in airtight containers, fridged. All items are best consumed at ROOM TEMPERATURE. So please take them out of the fridge 1hour before consuming! :) As our cakes are covered with buttercream, let it soften as butter would after a while. When the frosting is at the spreadable velvety butter stage, you know it is ready to be best enjoyed!

If you plan to keep them any longer, you can freeze them in airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Defrost it overnight in the fridge and again bring them out early from the fridge and consume them at room temperature.

No, we do not anymore! While we used to previously, we've since moved away from customised designs so as to focus on what we believe we do best- being your everyday bakers, celebrating/ sending cheer to you through our bakes and more! We're working to expand on our selection of cakes and breads, as well as bringing you meaningful initiatives that would bring light and love.

We are open Wednesdays, Thursdays 9am to 4pm, and Fridays to Sundays 9am to 5pm. For orders with less than 2 days lead time, please call/ whatsapp us at 8891 5819! Online pre-orders are strongly encouraged so that you'll be able to secure the cake you you wish to get! 

Yes you can walk-in to our store at 301 Joo Chiat Road for cakes and breads between 9am - 4pm Wednesdays Thursdays, and 9am-5pm Fridays to Sundays.

We require a $15 value for all online orders, alternatively you may do a walk-in for orders less than the minimum value. This amount excludes delivery fees.

Please come by anytime between 9am to 4pm Wed Thurs, or 9am-5pm Fri-Sun, on your order collection date. You will receive an email reminder the day before with collection details for your easy reference. Please provide your name/ order number upon arrival.

Collection is at Olsen Bakehouse, 301 Joo Chiat Road Singapore 427552, look forward to welcoming u in person!

1) Flexi-time delivery to homes 11am - 7pm: $12 This option applies to most home addresses in Singapore. We will send your order anytime between 11am to 7pm, and by selecting this option, you are agreeing to be available to receive your order anytime within the time range. The recipient will receive a sms notification in the morning of the delivery day, providing a 2-3hr window to expect the delivery. Changes to delivery address can be accommodated as long as you let us know 2 days before your delivery date.

2) Flexi-time delivery to shopping malls/ offices/ hospitals/ hotels 11am - 7pm: $16 Due to charges incurred/ restrictions of our trucks entering carparks as well as time needed for our driver to locate the retail unit, a surcharge applies to deliveries to shopping malls/ offices/ hospitals/ hotels. For hospital & hotel deliveries, due to security measures please ensure to have the recipient available to meet our driver at the drop off point to collect your order. 

3) Fixed hour delivery: $25 Should you need your order to arrive at a specific time, select this option! You can let us know your preferred hour anytime between 10am -6pm to receive your order and we will guarantee delivery at this time.

Outskirt locations like Sentosa, Tuas, Changi Airport or Lim Chu Kang areas would incur an additional $8 surcharge. 

The recipient will receive an sms notification in the morning of the delivery day, providing a 2-3hr window to expect the delivery. Please ensure the right mobile contact is provided for easy coordination! (Local mobile numbers only!)

For our flexi-time deliveries, our delivery fees are kept affordable through us being able optimising the delivery route based on each day's orders, as such we will not be able to accommodate any time requests. Regardless, our goal is always to complete all deliveries efficiently, smoothly and as early in the day as reasonably possible.

We're committed to ensuring that our drivers are safe on the roads, while keeping our commitment to you.

Should you need the cakes to arrive before or after a certain time, possible alternatives are to opt for our fixed hour delivery option, or arrange a third-party courier to pick up your order from our shop. Always select the car option to ensure safe delivery!

We'll accommodate adjustments to your order up till 2 working days before your order delivery date. Any changes less than 2 working days would be on a case by case basis. We are open to discuss on a case by case basis. We can usually offer the following options; 1) postpone ur order to a later date. 2) receive store credits to spend at a later date. If there is a need to make payments for costs incurred, such as special orders with its own set of ingredients procured, or delivery booked prior and driver has committed time, we will inform you at the time of discussion.

We require a 1 day notice at the latest, for standard orders.
